Sitting Room:

• Archway to Sitting Room with Norwegian Jøtul wood burning stove ( with lots of 'free' fuel from within our own grounds!). Three double glazed windows. Satellite dish cable entry point. (currently using SKY) Ground floor Honeywell wireless central heating control and multiple electric points.

Shower room and Storage:

• Second archway to inner hallway with 3 large built-in storage cupboards and door to groundfloor shower room with shower cubicle, basin, toilet and bidet, heated towel rail/radiator and space/plumbing for washing machine.
   
• From this hallway rises a staircase to the upper floor level.

Upper level Entrance Hall:

• Spacious hallway with double doors from outside. Main control unit for electrically operated entrance gates. (Pocket remote controls also included). Doors to bathroom and three bedrooms.

Principal Bathroom:

• An Italian style bath and shower room with marble and tile features. Large bath with shower handset, plus spacious walk-in shower unit, extractor fan, toilet, bidet and inset wash basin with large built in mirror. Double glazed window.

Master Bedroom:

• A large, lofty and very spacious room with windows on two sides with views to gardens and valley beyond. Part exposed stone arch wall feature; additional telephone/TV points and second Honeywell wireless central heating control unit for upper level.

Inner Hallway to Bedrooms Two and Three:

• Spacious double room again with high beamed ceilings, double aspect windows, with views to the rear garden and valley. Part exposed stone arch wall feature, large built-in wardrobes with storage cupboards over.

Bedroom Three/Study:

• This bedroom has space for two single or bunk beds It is currently used as our study/computer facility. This room also has a mezzanine floor for extra storage or other use.
